Every therapist with Kindred Roots has capacity to take on a reduced rate client. However, we also have junior and student intern therapists available with reduced session rates. Contact us for more information!

We do! We offer direct billing to a selection of Group Insurance providers. If you want to know if your particular plan is one of our partners, please call 587-317-1609 or email admin@kindredroots.ca.
If your Group Plan is not on our list, you will receive an itemized receipt at the end of every session with all of the information you will need to apply for an immediate reimbursement.

Long answer: Everyone on the Kindred Roots team is licensed to practice in Alberta.
Allegra, Nicole and Chanda can also take clients in Saskatchewan.
Claire can take clients living in British Columbia.
Nicole can also see residents of Ontario.

Absolutely… and in some cases, we would recommend it! People often choose to have one therapist for individual sessions and another for couples or family work. Further, you can see our Path and Purpose Coach and consent to have the information shared with your therapist for continuity of care!
