OUR APPROACH

Empowering young individuals to explore, express, and grow

In our therapy sessions with children ages 8 and up and adolescents, we create a welcoming and playful environment where young minds can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences freely. Our approach is rooted in empathy, creativity, and understanding, allowing us to connect with each child or teen on their level. We believe in empowering young individuals to express themselves authentically while providing guidance and support as they navigate challenges and transitions. Through age-appropriate activities, expressive arts, and meaningful conversations, we help children and teens build resilience, develop coping skills, and discover their unique strengths. Our goal is to foster a sense of confidence, self-awareness, and emotional well-being that will support them as they grow and thrive.

Our online selection tool makes it easy to narrow down based on availability, preferred session type, affordability, specialties, and more. Plus, don't forget you can book a free 15-minute consult with any of our team members to see if they're someone you vibe with!

  • Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to offer crisis intervention in emergency mental health situations. For immediate care, please call or text the Distress Centre at 403-266-4357 (open 24/7) or contact your local crisis line.

  • Absolutely… and in some cases, we would recommend it! People often choose to have one therapist for individual sessions and another for couples or family work. Further, you can see our Path and Purpose Coach and consent to have the information shared with your therapist for continuity of care!
